Delegates can register online and pay with credit card using a secure online system or using this form. Accepted credit cards are Visa and Mastercard. A confirmation letter will automatically be sent to registered delegates to the email address provided on the registration form.

Group Registration:
Please contact Carole Laflamme at carole@iseventsolutions.com or by phone at 514-392-7703 ext. 114. Carole will provide an invoice for the group and provide further registration instructions.
Notes:
- Conference delegate registration includes the welcome reception, gala event, delegate bag, abstract booklet & proceedings: entry to all sessions, posters, and exhibits; breakfast, refreshment breaks and lunch.
- Day Delegate or Workshop registration includes an entry pass to the meeting or tour; refreshment breaks and lunch.
- Payment is by major credit card, cheque or wire transfer. Delegate registration fees are tax exempt, tickets for social activities are not.
- If you cancel after paying the registration fee, please provide a written request before 12 April 2011 to receive the refund, less a 25 percent administration charge. IMRP Montreal 2011 regrets that requests received after this date will not be considered.
- Hotel accommodation is not included; reserve today and the Hilton will accept cancellation of guest reservations up to 24 hours prior to arrival.
